I'm having staph infection. I carried out a MCS test and the results are:

The doctor prescribed ciprofloxacin for me but I told her that I've used it before when the staph was at scanty growth; so the doctor said I should use pefloxacin. The only symptom I ve are bumps/boils on my scrotum and after using pefloxacin, they're are drying.
Earlier this year (June), I had moderate growth of staph and I took 5 injections of rocephine.
Please, How can I get rid of this infection permanently?
I'm not sexually active for 6months..
Doctor please help. I was diagnosed with virginal candida, moderate staphylococcus and E. Coli infection and have taken injections and antibiotics such as pilotab, fluconazole etc but I still feel slight inching a times. pleas can this infection be cured completely and how please. Thanks
