Graduated from Ahmadu Bello University with MBBS in December 2014. He was among the first set of House officers at Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital, now Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital in 2015/2016. Went to Abakaliki in Ebonyi state for the compulsory National Youth Service Corps in 2016/2017. On return from youth service, Kaduna state ministry of Health posted him to the Dialysis unit, Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital where he worked there for about 8 months before being transferred to a Rural Hospital, Kaura, in Kaduna state as a Medical officer in charge of the Hospital. He developed interest in Ear, Nose and Throat diseases which led to writing the Primaries examinations in Otorhinolaryngology in 2012. Started the Residency training in Otorhinolaryngology same year at National Ear Care Centre, Kaduna. He passed part I in 2016 and part II in October 2019 of the West African College of Surgeons.
