Qualification:
BSN/RM, RN, BLS, ACLS
Experience Requirement:
4-5 years experience as an oncology nurse
Applicant must possess good work ethics, empathic, compassionate and be an active listener
Duties
-Assist in overseeing patient care and administrative duties
-Deputizing for the Head Nurse in her absence to ensure that there is planned, effective, day-to-day skill mix and staff management.
-Demonstrates expert ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Also, ensure patient satisfaction
-Contributes to organizational efficiency improvements.
Aligning units interest with organizational goals.
-Ensures total patient care as assigned according to the core standards, organizational values, established policies and evidence based practices. etc
