* An experienced General practitioner or General surgeon, who must atleast 3 years postgraduate qualifications
*Member of the medical profession in good standin,
*Demonstrates professionalism in all aspects,
*Education, experience related to the speciality of care,
*Highly skilled in written and verbal communication,
*Sufficient clinical knowledge and evidenc - based practice to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
