Abstracts are invited from professionals within and outside Nigeria for presentation at the scientific sessions. Abstracts must be in English, should be original and should not have been published or presented at any other conference.

The full paper is due by August 31st 2019 and must be an original submission not presented or published elsewhere.
10 mins will be allowed for oral presentation at the conference which will be in English.
