On the 17th of August, 2017, the Honourable Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac F. Adewole launched the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) doctors stamp in Kaduna.

The stamp was introduced in a bid to reduce/eradicate quackery from the medical profession. The stamp will be on every medical report issued by doctors in Nigeria.

The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Lagos State branch and DokiLink Limited have partnered to ease the registration and payment process for all medical doctors and dentists in Lagos.

A stamp costs fifty (50) naira and there are twenty-four (24) stamps on each A4 card, costing a total of 1200 naira for one (1) A4 card. All requests should be even numbers of cards e.g. 2, 4, 6 e.t.c cards. Two cards is the minimum cards that can be ordered or paid for i.e, 2400 naira.

To obtain yours, please complete form below. (Kindly note that this online option is currently available only for doctors based in Lagos)

1. The information submitted and payment collected will be forwarded to NMA Chairman, Lagos for onward delivery to the National secretariat.

2. The National secretariat  will verify information from Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and thereafter process stamps.

3. Members will collect their stamps from State Chairman after processing (we will soon introduce an option that allows ordered stamps to be delivered to your place of work)

4. Stamps will be supplied strictly on first come, first served basis.

If you have any enquiries with the process or require further information, please call/email 08187095861/[email protected] (Dr Sunday Luro - NMA, Lagos) or 08095907422/[email protected] (Dr Niyi Osamiluyi- DokiLink).
